  • A nine-story residential building with street-level retail space on a site nestled between two mid-rise office buildings along H Street NE, between 6th Street NE and 7th Street NE.
  • Invested in the project through a venture with the property’s developer, Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners.
  • The H Street Corridor, which fell into decline in the 1960s and 1970s, is undergoing a major transformation and has emerged as one of D.C.’s most attractive nightlife destinations. Forbes has named it one of the top “hipster” neighborhoods in the U.S., on par with San Francisco’s Mission District and Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood.
